Candidate groups

Last updated 2026-10-22

Short answer

Candidate groups let a staffing team organize its bench, for example by skill, desk or recruiter, so people can find and manage the right consultants without scrolling one long list.

A bench of fifty or more consultants becomes hard to scan. Groups give your team a simple way to slice the list the way your desks work.

How candidate groups works

Here is what happens, step by step.

  • Create a group and give it a name.
  • Add candidates to one or more groups.
  • Filter candidate lists by group when you review matches or submissions.
  • Admins can see groups across the agency.

A typical day

An agency with a cloud desk and a data desk creates a group for each. A manager filtering by the data group sees only those consultants’ matches and submissions during the weekly review.

Who uses it

Agencies with several desks or recruiters who share a bench.

What it does not do

Groups organize candidates. They do not change how matching works.
