Hotlist builder

Short answer

A hotlist is a short table of available consultants with ID, skill, experience, work authorization, location and availability. Enter your consultants below and copy the finished email as plain text or an HTML table for your mail client.

Formatting a hotlist by hand takes longer than it should and tends to produce messy tables. Fill in the rows, pick a format and copy the result. Nothing leaves your browser.

Everything stays in your browser. Nothing is sent or saved.

How to use it

Three steps.

  • Type your company name and one row per consultant who is truly available.
  • Choose plain text for a quick email or an HTML table to paste into a rich-text mail editor.
  • Copy the output, replace the bracketed fields and send.

What makes a hotlist work

Vendors scan these in seconds, so the columns must match how they search.

  • Skill first, with two or three supporting technologies.
  • Work authorization and location, so nobody has to ask.
  • Availability as a date or “immediate”.
  • Only consultants who are marketable this week.

Plain text or HTML

Plain text survives every mail client and forwards cleanly into vendor trackers. An HTML table looks tidier but some clients strip formatting, so send yourself a test first.

Privacy

The builder runs entirely in your browser. It does not send, store or log what you type, so close the tab when you are done.

Frequently asked questions

Does MatchWire send hotlists?

No. This tool only formats the text. Sending a hotlist is done from your own mail client.

Should I include rates?

Many teams leave rates out of the broadcast and share them on request, since they vary by requirement.
