How bulk match queue works
Here is what happens, step by step.
- Open the matches page and review the list.
- Tick the matches you want, or select all.
- Add them to the queue in one step.
- Resumes are prepared and appear in the Ready tab.
A typical day
On Monday a candidate has 24 new matches. The recruiter scans the list, ticks the ones worth pursuing and adds them to the queue in one step, instead of opening each match separately.
Who uses it
Recruiters who work through large daily match lists.
What it does not do
Matches are sorted by date. There is no score to rank them.
